Gráinne Downey is an Irish-Canadian writer and artist living in Vancouver on the traditional, unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh people. She holds a BA in English Literature and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia.
